Lunch Hour Legal Marketing continues its 2012-2013 webinar sessions on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 12:30 pm, with William Hornsby, who will offer his take on what you need to know about niche practices.

. . .

Animal law, cottage law, flash mob law . . . You name it, and there’s a lawyer doing it.  This presentation will examine ways in which lawyers have recast their practices to focus on demographics, specific industries and their own passions.  If you’re considering an alternative to the traditional law firm model, or wish to better exploit your existing niche practice, this webinar will deliver what you need to know.  Learn why niche practices work, and how to develop them.

. . .

William E. Hornsby, Esq. is counsel in the American Bar Association's Division for Legal Services.  Will has written several articles on technology, law firm marketing and legal ethics for publications such as the National Law Journal, the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and the ABA Law Practice Management magazine.  He is the author of the ABA book “Marketing and Legal Ethics: The Boundaries of Promoting Legal Services”, a chair of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Hearing Panel, an adjunct faculty member of the John Marshall Law School, where he teaches the first law school course on the professional responsibility of a technology-based law practice, and a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
