He is the author of the ABA book “Marketing and Legal Ethics: The Boundaries of Promoting Legal Services”, a chair of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Hearing Panel, an adjunct faculty member of the John Marshall Law School, where he teaches the first law school course on the professional responsibility of a technology-based law practice, and a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
